1. What kind of chocolate do your wrappers fit over?
Our wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz. Hershey® Chocolate Bar (regular size candy bars). Our mini wrappers fit over 0.3 oz. Hershey® Assorted Miniatures.

2. Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?
You can purchase your personalized wrapper with the candy bar wrapped around a chocolate bar or you can save money by purchasing the wrappers only and wrapping your own candy bars. The choice is yours.

3. Can I purchase the wrappers only?
Yes. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See Pricing

4. What type of paper do you use?
Our products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade papers that could not be duplicated on personal home printers. We will be happy to add your personalized information of choice to any wrapper for no additional fee's.

5. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and  Paypal.

6. What method of shipping will be used to mail any order?
We normally use USPS.  Priority Mail usually takes 3 days to arrive at their destination. If you have a definite deadline, we encourage using an express courier. During the warmer months, we only ship chocolate orders on Monday and Tuesday's.  We strongly suggest a cooler with ice packs AND Express shipping due to the fact that it is more likely for the candy bars to melt when using normal delivery.

7. Do I need a cooler?
Chocolate melts in warm weather, so we strongly recommend that you order wrappers only when temperatures reach 70 degrees or higher.  If you would rather order your wrappers with chocolate candy bars during the warmer weather months, ice packs along with an insulated cooler will be used, as well as Express shipping.  A fee of $10.00 will be added to your order for an insulated cooler with ice packs.  Additional shipping charges of $35.00 will also apply.  Each Cooler holds up to 20 assembled candy bars. 

8. How do I place an order?

9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically your order will be mailed out within one week from the time we receive your order.

10. How do I store my order of candy bars once received?
Please keep them in a cool dry place, do NOT put them in the refrigerator or freezer. 

11.  Can you ship my purchase to someone else?
Yes, at checkout there is a "ship to" option.
