Do I need a cooler?

If you would like to add a photo or logo, simply add a note in the "Additional Comments" section and email your picture to Renee@treasuredsweets.com along with your order number in the "Subject." It is recommended that your picture be at least 300dpi for best print quality. Please note some designs do NOT allow for a photo, there must be a white area in the product for photo/logo placement.

You will receive an email confirmation, as well as a digital proof of your order generally within 48 hours to the email address submitted with your order. In the event that we should have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you using the information you provide to us.

Upon receiving your proof, please pay close attention to the information you submitted for personalization. It is important that you check for errors. Once an approval has been given to Treasured Sweets, printing will begin and no refunds are given.

Orders are shipped within 5 - 7 days from the time your order is received. Please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for delivery.
