(Crazy but I figure it would be best to ask! Santa suggests leaving a snack for his reindeer and I know children can be pretty persistent especially if "Santa said so".)

You will receive an email confirmation, as well as a digital proof of the personalized candy bar generally within 48 hours to the email address submitted with your order. In the event that we should have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you using the information you provide to us.

Upon receiving your proof, please pay close attention to the information you submitted for personalization. It is important that you check for errors. Once an approval has been given to Treasured Sweets, printing will begin and no refunds are given.

Santa Letters are shipped within 5 days from the time your order is received. Please allow an additional 2 - 4 days for delivery.
